Time to start talking partner

I have spent the weekend fininshing off my Mouthy Stitches pouches.  In the end I made two.

I am fairly certain that the blue is more her colour, but I will post both on the flickr website and hope that she comments and makes a preference.  I have seen one comment from her on the whole site and that was in a discussion, not on any photos

..... I have just deleted everything that I wanted to write - a big rant about silent partners, but its just me getting mad.  I know I am not the only one with a silent partner and at the end of the day if she doesn;t comment then she is missing out, not the other way round.

I love both of these and would be happy to keep either.  If my partner doesn't speak up then she will be receiving the blue, as I think it is more her palatte

The rugby 6 nations began this weekend: 5 glorious weekend of rugby lie ahead for me!  And I will leave you with this:

Another favourite of mine: lots of lovely snow.  Hope everyone is staying warm this weekend

  1. Both pouches are lovely Catherine and I would love to receive either. As you say, if people don`t comment and join in, then ultimately it`s their loss. Enjoy the snow and stay warm.

  3. Oh I heard you are all snowed in. No sign of it in Ireland, We must have missed it. I've been very quiet on the mouthy side. I'm sorry if it has been me. Just still getting over a bad cold that has now lingered for two weeks. I do like the blue though, back and front!

  4. They both look lovely, but I know they can't be for me as I think I've commented on just about every photo in the swap.
I have a very silent partner in another swap I'm in. I agree, it's her loss if she doesn't like it. I have no idea what my partner likes other than her preferred colours.

  9. Great pouches, Catherine! I agree, silent partners are annoying, but must admit to being quieter than usual this round. Hoping to remedy that tonight! Have fun watching rugby!

  10. I'm really sorry to hear there are silent partners in this swap because I thought the whole point of the mouthy stitches was that participants were on the mouthy side. I've had my fair share of silent partners in other swaps and it does make them more stressy and less fun. It's why I'm not doing every swap going like it felt I was at one point. I love both your pouches. The blue is my fave but I do like the main fabric in the other one a lot too. So I'd be happy with either!
