wedding rings

6 months later and I have finally completed all the rings on my double wedding ring quilt.
I. LOVE. IT

Pinning these onto the fabric was a back breaking job.  This is about half the pile of templates that I had to take out!
Now I have to sew it down to the fabric. This may take a while. But all I need is a few more days like this ,......

....... And I will have it sorted !

  14. Oh they are wonderful Catherine!! Worth all that time and effort. I am a great believer in not rushing things (although sometimes we do just need to get something made before we lose the momentum) but this is a true labour of love! x

  17. An engagement ring is a symbol of emotions such as love, commitment, eternity, honor, loyalty and promise. Diamond engagement rings represent the circle of life, an unbroken circle and the diamond accents the ring showing the importance of this bond. It represent the most precious of bonds, that of the bond between a man and a woman. Thanks a lot.
