The little girl that it has gone to has lost her daddy recently, so I wanted to make it as a big hug for her. It was made from scraps that I had and I finished it off with some more straight line quilting.
And what a difference a day or so makes. On Sunday, I sat in the conservatory and had breakfast in the lovely sunshine. Today (admitidley it was earlier) it was a lot chillier: but hey: the sun was still shining! (even if I was at work all day)
A beautiful quilty hug. Isn't it nice to know it is being used all ready. The sun shone here today. It felt quite shocking!!! Di x
