The other half

This weekend I did a little of "how the other half live"

A group of us from work went and had a day out in London, including afternoon tea at Harrods
It really was everything you would expect it to be. The sandwiches and cakes were amazing: one of these between two people! (We all took doggy bags home)
We also went to see Jersey Boys, and the went to Chinatown for supper: I still can't believe we had a huge Chinese after our Harrods tea.
This was all in aid of my friends 50th. You may remember the red granny I started last weekend, well I turned it in to this
Which I will be gifting to her tomorrow.
Now, I could definitely get used to a life like that!

  1. The other half is very privileged . Do you think they have fun with fabric like we do?

  9. Lucky you going to tea at Harrods! But what a fab thing to do for a 50th. That does look like an enormous amount for two people though! Your cushion is lovely - she must have been delighted! xCathy
