Nearly 3 out of 3

I have finished my 2nd FQR sample swap cushion cover - another 16"

I have also started the 3rd - it just needs quilting now and I can't decide how best to do it

here are all three

I am very glad that I have just about got them finished

Finally, I finally took, and passed, my last EVER exam!!  This one was mainly for work and all the accounting side of things mirrored my last AAT exam, but there was new theory to learn, which was boring, but hey, it's done!  For the first time in nearly 4 years I have no exams or revision to do ever again.  What a great feeling.  Now, back to the sewing....

  3. Woo Hoo on the exams but never say 'last one' as it may come back to bite you!!! Those cushion covers are beautiful. Your samples are more than a simple swap item. You are spoiling your fellow swappers big time. Di x

  4. Congratulations! but- be cautious- you are tempting fate! I passed my 'last exam' nearly 33 years ago, until the last few years- now I keep finding new ones I have to pass! And, yes, they are compulsory! Hmmph!
